SuperOffice Analyze Customer Service Configuration

Before you can install the SuperOffice Analyze for Customer Service content package, you need to ensure that the tasks below are performed. 

  • Analyze-platform is installed correct, and you can log on as an administrator
  • Licences are imported and added to the user you are logged on with
  • Correct version of SuperOffice Sales & Marketing is running.

If you want to add users manually, make sure you follow the same mapping for the External system references as the user sync.
