Yes.
In the latest version there is a special gui that allows you to include the userdefined fields you need. Once this is done, the fields become avialable in the dashboard editor. To make permanent changes to the dashboards or make your own, you will need an editor licence.
Pro vs Standard is no longer relevant - its all PRO!
