Hi,
I have heard that it is easier to set a userdefined field in SuperOffice S&M as a parameter i BA version 5.2. Do I still have to look in the data central to do this?

There is no need to go into the data central to add a parameter based on an UDEF field. Follow these easy steps:
1) Go to Sys admin -> SuperOffice UDEF
2) Check the advanced mode checkbox.
3) Check the "Enable DC Parameter" for the desired parameter and click Save.
The new parameter is now available when you go to a dashboard that uses it.
