The data sources from which Business Analyze can gather data and the data tables that group the data are defined in the data storage. In addition, parameters/filters that can be used to filter data tables when they are displayed on a dashboard are also defined. All registered data sources with corresponding data tables and parameters are listed on the left. Click on the text in the tree menu to change an entry, or click on the buttons above the tree menu to register new definitions.

When you make changes and save a data table, parameter and data visualisation the items history will be updated. This will make it easier for you to revert back to an older version if needed.
The history will also be updated when a new version of a licensed item is installed.
