New icon library available in the designer

Designers can now use several ready-made icons for illustrations in the dashboards.
When adding a picture to the dashboard, you can now click "Browse shared..." to find the new graphics! 

Linked parameter lists

It's now possible to connect parameters together. Developers can do this on the parameters in the Data Central.
This means that one parameter list can filter another one.

Example:
You have two parameter lists: Organization and Person.

When you select a department from the organization list, the list of persons will be updated with only persons that belong to the selected department.

Note: This works on the ActionTab and in the parameter dialog on the dashboards. Navigators (buttons, dropdowns etc) on the dashboard does not support this.

Order more licenses from user sync dialog

If you get a message during the user synchronisation that you don't have enough licenses, you can now easily send an e-mail to us requesting more using the new button found in the dialog.

User sync improvements

Important fix! New users added during the user synchronisation previously inherited the settings from the logged on user.

There is now added new settings in the user synchronization to reset existing user’s settings. When this is turned on, all settings (group access, licenses, manager settings etc) will be removed from the users when running the user synchronisation and the new settings will be applied as normal.

Note: If you have manually updated any settings on the users, they will be removed and you have to update them again.

Override user synchronisation definition during installation of package

When you install a new package, you can now override the existing user synchronisation definition. If you do not check the option, it will keep the settings and notifications as they are.

Support for caching data from the Data Connector

You are now able to use the cache functionality when a SQL data source is enable as data connector.
This means that you can get better performance on your reporting data by using indexing and pre-aggregations.

Preventing e-mails to be tagged as spam

Improvements to the e-mails we send out to prevent them from being tagges as spam mail.

Adding sorting on the grouping navigator

Designers can now sort the list on a grouping navigator. Added a new checkbox in the navigator dialog.

Improved user administration

When you change settings for a logged on user (lisences, group membership etc), the changes will be enabled at once.
You no longer have to log out and back in again in order to activate the changes!

This is supported when:

• The user is changed in the user administration
• Changing licenses in the license administration for the user
• Changing licenses in the license administration for the components
• Changing system variables

Change password from the admin client (ON-PREMISE ONLY)

As an administrator you can now create a new password for a user in the user administration.

Click the “new password” button and you can enter a new password for that user.

Note: This is not possible in the online version, only the on-premise version.

Business Analyze for SuperOffice updates

• An upgrade does not reset the user sync definition.
• An upgrade does not reset desktop access.
• New security model makes it possible to enable BA-users to access data without needing to be a user in SuperOffice CRM.
• The UDEF module now supports person fields on Appointment dataset (dAppointment)
• The UDEF module now support more fields on multiple languages.
• "My SuperOffice dashboard" has changed name to "My analytics."
