Why doesn’t my Analyze icon appear in SuperOffice?

The Analyze icon doesn't appear in SuperOffice after I installed Business Analyze for SuperOffice. Why?

Check configuration

This is because the settings for ‘Grouping and filtering by user group for the Analyze button’ may not be configured correctly in SuperOffice.

If you use ‘Groups and filtering’, then

  1. Go to ‘Setting and maintenance’  in SuperOffice’ then select ‘Lists’
  2. Search for list GUI-Web panel
  3. In GUI-Web panel list select ‘Analyze’
  4. Ensure ‘‘Grouping and filtering by user group for this list’ is selected and select the correct user groups under ‘Visible for user groups’.
