Employee Token Required – Tripletex Integration

Guide: How to Generate an Employee Token in Tripletex

Step 1 – Log in to Tripletex

Log in to your Tripletex account.

Step 2 – Go to “My Profile”

  • Click your name in the top right corner
  • Select My Profile
  • Open the menu item API Access

 

Step 3 – Create a New Employee Token

  • In the API Access section, click:

    “Create new token”

    (or “Generate employee token”, depending on language settings)

 

Step 4 – Select Application

  • Choose Custom application
  • Enter the following name:

    BusinessAnalyze_businessAnalyzeCloud

This ensures the token is correctly linked to our integration.

Step 5 – Copy the Employee Token

  • The token will now be displayed

⚠️ Important:

  • The token is shown only once
  • Copy it immediately and store it securely
  • If lost, a new token must be generated

 

 

Send the following securely (preferably in a password-protected ZIP):

  • Employee Token
