If you are using both Sales & Marketing and Customer Service you might want to look closer at this post.

In SuperOffice Analyze one of the most central parameters is Organization. It is based on the tables associate, usergroup, usergrouplink and person.  It is displayed in an hierarchical fashion and looks likes this:

Licence import

User same procedure as for SuperOffice Analyze package. The name of the package is «SuperOffice Analyze for Customer Service»
